One97 Communication Limited is hiring a motivated Field Sales Executive in Patna, Bihar. Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect potential customers to generate new sales leads. Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Track and report on sales activities and results, adjusting approaches as necessary. Engage in problem-solving to address customer issues and enhance service quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional customer service aptitude, with a keen ability to address customer needs. Proven problem solving abilities and sales acumen. Experience in Know Your Customer (KYC) processes is preferred. Previous sales experience of 1-2 years is a plus. This is a full-time position based in Patna, Bihar. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate regularly with marketing and customer support teams to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance. Compensation: ₹240,000 per year.
