Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair UPS and power systems at diverse customer locations, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system reliability. Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to proactively identify issues and maintain peak system performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems quickly, providing timely and effective support to clients. Document all service activities accurately, including project progress and customer feedback, to support continuous improvement. Train clients on proper operation and maintenance of power systems to maximize system lifespan and efficiency. Collaborate closely with engineering and sales teams to enhance service offerings and improve overall client satisfaction. Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay current with industry standards and emerging technologies. What We're Looking For Required: Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals and safety protocols. 1-3 years of field experience working with power systems, preferably UPS technology. Proficiency with electrical diagnostic tools and repair software. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
