Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain customized financial plans aligned with client objectives. Proactively engage potential clients to generate new business and increase revenue. Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings. Deliver clear and confident financial presentations and consultations to clients. Manage and grow existing client portfolios to enhance satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and develop innovative client solutions. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics to drive company success. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Strong sales, client management, and communication skills. Relevant finance or sales certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are advantageous. Proficiency with financial planning software and tools.
