Key Responsibilities Lead the financial planning and budgeting process ensuring all plans align tightly with organizational objectives and growth targets. Perform detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights that support executive leadership in decision-making. Prepare and present regular, clear financial reports with recommendations to stakeholders, enhancing transparency and accountability. Coordinate cross-departmental data collection to incorporate diverse insights into accurate and comprehensive financial forecasts. Manage budget allocation and tracking processes to ensure financial discipline and accountability across projects and departments. Support strategic business initiatives by developing advanced financial models and providing analytical insights that drive business growth. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial management or analysis roles, with proven expertise in budget management and financial reporting. Strong proficiency in financial modeling techniques and advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software). Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Preferred: Experience working in consultancy or a fast-paced corporate environment. Familiarity with financial systems development and process improvement methodologies.
