Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their seafood selections. Maintain knowledge of fish varieties, preparation methods, and sustainable sourcing to communicate effectively with customers. Help with daily inventory management, including stocking shelves and ensuring product freshness. Operate point of sale (POS) systems for transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage cleanliness and organization of both the front of the house and the display cases to uphold health and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to support operational efficiency during peak hours. Participate in promotional events, engaging with customers to create an inviting shopping experience. Required and Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
