Assist in training new drill rig operators and share best practices for efficient operations. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Mechanical aptitude with strong knowledge of heavy machinery operation. 1-3 years of experience in drilling operations or related fields preferred. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and practices. Basic skills in equipment maintenance and repair.
