Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression that aligns with company values. Manage front desk operations efficiently, including answering and directing phone calls to appropriate personnel, maintaining a response rate that meets company standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area to enhance client and visitor satisfaction. Coordinate appointments and scheduling for staff, including managing meeting room bookings to optimize office resource utilization. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
