Key Responsibilities Manage and respond promptly to incoming communications to maintain effective correspondence. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and precise communication flow. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communication materials. Organize and document virtual meetings, including discussions and action items. Support management in implementing communication strategies to boost employee engagement. Identify and resolve communication barriers within team interactions efficiently. Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness metrics and provide actionable feedback. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack. Minimum 2 years experience in communication or administrative roles. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with teams. This role operates within a modern technical environment, utilizing popular communication and collaboration tools.
