Key Responsibilities Install and repair locks for residential and commercial properties. Perform rekeying services to improve client security systems. Provide emergency lockout assistance ensuring fast, effective customer support. Cut keys accurately for various lock systems. Diagnose lock and key issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain locksmith tools and equipment in optimal condition. Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and deliver excellent service. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years proven locksmith experience including lock installation, rekeying, lockouts, and key cutting. Industry certifications such as Certified Locksmith (CLA) preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with standard locksmithing tools and techniques. This position is part of a collaborative team environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
