Mathebula is seeking a dedicated General Worker to join our Mining Operations team in Rustenburg, North West, South Africa. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily mining operations and routine maintenance tasks. Operate and maintain mining equipment under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized site to ensure safety standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals. Participate actively in safety meetings and comply with all safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality. Promptly report incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions to management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum Grade 10 or equivalent education. Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions accurately. Previous experience in mining or heavy industry preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with mining tools and equipment is an advantage. Willingness to work in physically demanding conditions. Good communication skills. You will report directly to the Shift Supervisor and collaborate closely with maintenance and safety teams to ensure smooth operations.
