Mathebula is hiring a dedicated General Worker to join our Mining Operations team in Rustenburg, North West, South Africa . This full-time role is vital in supporting daily mining activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and productivity in our resource extraction processes. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily mining operations and routine maintenance tasks. Operate and maintain mining equipment under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized site to uphold safety standards. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals. Participate actively in safety meetings and comply with all safety protocols. Perform regular inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality. Report any incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions promptly to management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: Grade 10 or equivalent. Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions accurately. Previous experience in mining or heavy industry is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with mining tools and equipment is advantageous. Willingness to work in physically demanding environments. Effective communication skills. As part of our collaborative mining operations team, you will report directly to the Shift Supervisor and work closely with maintenance and safety teams to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
