Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to supervisors. Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions. Provide support to other departments to ensure smooth workflow. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Physical stamina to perform demanding manual tasks. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Attention to detail with strict adherence to safety standards. Previous experience in mining or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory. This role requires working closely with fellow general workers, supervisors, and other personnel to maintain smooth operations. You will report directly to a supervisor who will guide and support your daily tasks. Cross-department collaboration is expected to meet operational needs.
