Key Responsibilities Design and develop innovative Generative AI solutions leveraging large language models such as GPT, Claude, and LLaMA to meet business needs. Build and integrate AI-powered applications including chatbots, virtual assistants, and copilots that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Implement prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to optimize model performance and accuracy. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services for seamless integration of GenAI models into existing platforms. Utilize vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Weaviate for semantic search and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations. Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to align AI solutions with strategic goals. Monitor and optimize model performance, balancing accuracy with cost efficiency to ensure scalable deployments. Ensure compliance with data security, privacy standards, and responsible AI ethics throughout development cycles. What We're Looking For Required: Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience in AI/ML development. Proven experience working with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks. Expertise in prompt engineering and model fine-tuning techniques. Proficient in developing REST APIs and backend services. Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and applications. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI deployment. Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development.
