Key Responsibilities Lead global marketing projects by coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of distribution strategies. Develop and implement B2B and B2C marketing plans aligned with company goals and partner requirements. Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize campaign performance and increase market penetration. Manage communication channels between stakeholders, including partners like Sharp and Kent, ensuring transparency and alignment. Monitor project budgets and timelines, delivering results within scope and maximizing ROI. Facilitate training sessions on standard operating procedures and distribution processes for new team members. Report regularly on project progress using KPIs such as distribution reach, sales growth, and customer engagement metrics. Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in e-commerce or distribution sectors. Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies and distribution channels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with global teams and partners. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Preferred: Experience working remotely and managing virtual teams. Knowledge of international market dynamics and cultural sensitivity. Background in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
