Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Support cleaning activities to ensure that all spaces are kept in pristine condition. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address maintenance needs and updates. Assist in the organization of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring availability when needed. Document maintenance activities and report any urgent repair needs to management. Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects. Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in maintenance, cleaning, or a related field. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with hand tools and maintenance equipment. Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility. Preferred: Certification in safety or maintenance-related fields is a plus. Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks preferred.
