This full-time role is essential for overseeing manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with quality assurance and regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will lead and inspire a diverse team, driving productivity and operational excellence across production lines. Key Responsibilities Manage daily production activities ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team fostering continuous improvement. Plan and execute production schedules to meet targets while maintaining product safety and quality. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to resolve production issues and non-conformities promptly. Optimize resource allocation including labor, materials, and equipment for maximum efficiency. Track production KPIs and generate performance reports for senior management. Work closely with R&D and supply chain teams on new product launches and process enhancements. Required and Preferred Qualifications MPharm degree from an accredited institution. 7-10 years of pharmaceutical production experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Expert knowledge of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance in pharma manufacturing. Excellent problem-solving abilities to tackle operational challenges effectively. Proficiency with industry-standard production management software and tools.
