Company is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Salesforce Test Automation Practice in Austin, Texas. This is a full-time leadership role ideal for an expert passionate about driving quality assurance and automation strategies in a fast-paced tech environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy and execution of Salesforce test automation initiatives across the organization. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of automated testing frameworks and methodologies tailored for Salesforce environments. Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align testing objectives with business goals. Analyze and report on testing metrics to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in Salesforce testing and automation. Drive initiatives to upgrade testing capabilities, tools, and resources within the practice. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation with a strong focus on Salesforce platforms. Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce automation frameworks and testing tools. Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer preferred. Proficiency in programming languages and tools commonly used for automated testing.
