Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging lesson plans that meet learning objectives and cater to diverse student needs. Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing and constructive feedback. Provide mentorship and support to create a nurturing environment encouraging student participation and growth. Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and curricula. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster strong relationships and a positive community. Participate in school meetings , professional development workshops, and training sessions. Support extracurricular activities , encouraging students to explore interests beyond the classroom. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or English is required. Strong communication skills to engage students and collaborate with the team effectively. Preferred experience in teaching or tutoring within a classroom setting. Understanding of modern educational technologies and tools. Relevant certifications such as TEFL are a plus. 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred , but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
