Senior HR Generalist / Junior HR Business Partner in Mexico City

Juan Carlos Cepeda is seeking a dedicated Senior HR Generalist / Junior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team full-time in Mexico City, Mexico. This pivotal role supports the HR department by managing key human resources functions and collaborating closely with management to drive workforce initiatives that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, and conducting interviews.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures consistent with organizational objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to boost employee skills and engagement.
• Support performance management activities and coach managers to enhance team effectiveness.
• Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee benefits inquiries.
• Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving organizational performance and effectiveness.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles covering recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Proficiency with HR software and digital tools.

This position reports directly to the HR Director based in Brazil and requires strong collaboration across departments to deliver strategic HR support. The role operates within a technical environment utilizing HR management systems, communication platforms, and project management tools to enhance operational efficiency.
