What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships at all organizational levels. In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in HR software and data management tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Preferred: Experience working in mid-sized companies or manufacturing sectors. Additional certifications in HR management or related fields.
