Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across multiple job portals and social media platforms to build a strong talent pipeline. Conduct outbound telecalling to prospective candidates to evaluate their qualifications, interest, and availability effectively. Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases promptly to ensure data integrity and easy tracking. Collaborate with senior recruiters to draft clear, compelling job descriptions and post job openings on relevant channels. Engage with candidates throughout the interview process by scheduling interviews and providing timely feedback to enhance candidate experience. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
