Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across multiple recruitment platforms. Perform outbound telecalling to potential candidates to evaluate their qualifications and interest. Maintain detailed and accurate candidate records in the recruitment database. Work alongside senior recruiters to draft job descriptions and post job openings effectively. Coordinate candidate interviews and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process. Participate in team meetings to strategize recruitment efforts and share candidate updates. Track and report recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and candidate engagement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates effectively. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. Experience with data entry and familiarity with recruitment software is preferred. Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
