This full-time role is essential in attracting and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth and dynamic culture. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft targeted job descriptions. Leverage recruitment platforms and social media to attract candidates and enhance the employer brand. Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to boost company visibility. Maintain detailed recruitment metrics and reports to monitor progress and improve strategies. Support new hires through the onboarding process for a seamless transition. Communicate job roles, company culture, and benefits to candidates to improve their experience. Required and Preferred Qualifications Relevant qualification in Human Resources or Recruitment. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
