Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Work closely with hiring managers to develop targeted job descriptions and understand hiring needs. Leverage recruitment platforms and social media to attract quality candidates and enhance employer branding. Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to boost company visibility. Maintain detailed recruitment metrics and reports to monitor progress and improve processes. Assist new hires during onboarding to ensure a smooth integration into the company. Provide candidates with clear information about job roles, company culture, and benefits to improve candidate experience. Required and Preferred Qualifications Relevant qualification in Human Resources or Recruitment. Proven recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
