Fasna is hiring a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager in Kochi, Kerala, India. This full-time role is essential to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture in our growing company. Your expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance will drive our success and ensure alignment with labor laws and best practices. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding to attract top talent. Develop and execute HR strategies that support company objectives and boost employee engagement. Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a healthy work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and deliver constructive feedback to staff. Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and internal policies to minimize risks. Plan and coordinate training and development initiatives to promote employee growth and retention. Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and implement workforce planning. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in recruitment and HR management. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent. As part of our collaborative HR team reporting directly to the Director of HR, you will play a key role in cross-functional coordination with department leaders to align workforce strategies with business goals.
