Maintain accurate records of operations, machinery usage, and safety incidents. Assist in training new operators by sharing best practices and enforcing safety standards. Success is measured by achieving production goals, adhering to safety standards, and effective machinery operation. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma. At least 2 years of experience in mining operations preferred. Strong knowledge of mining machinery and safety protocols. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
