Perform regular equipment inspections to detect and resolve issues proactively. Adhere strictly to safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Maintain accurate records of operations, machinery usage, and safety incidents. Assist in training new operators, sharing best practices, and enforcing safety standards. Participate in safety meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives. This hands-on role requires close interaction with operators, supervisors, and safety personnel. Success will be measured by production target achievement, safety compliance, and effective machinery operation. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma. Minimum 2 years’ experience in mining operations preferred. Strong knowledge of mining machinery and safety protocols. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Relevant mining safety certifications are a plus. Compensation: R37,000 per month. This full-time position is based onsite at Impala, North West, South Africa. Remote work is not available.
