Your work will directly support farmers and agricultural businesses across the region. Key Responsibilities Safely operate heavy-duty vehicles for long-distance transport of livestock and feed. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to guarantee safety and regulatory compliance. Maintain clear communication with dispatch and management regarding schedules and logistics. Load and unload livestock and feed following strict safety protocols. Comply with all local, provincial, and national transportation laws to ensure safe cargo delivery. Complete all required documentation, including transportation logs and safety reports. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any transport-related issues promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in long-distance driving, especially with livestock transport. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong understanding of transportation laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
