In-House Recruiter (LATAM-based, Remote) Performance Marketing + Digital Health | Bilingual English & Spanish Match is a leading performance marketing agency focused on full-funnel growth for digital health companies . We deliver high-impact campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, and technical setups (Meta CAPI, Google CAPI, pixel tracking) to help virtual-first care companies acquire patients profitably and at scale. We are seeking an experienced bilingual In-House Recruiter based in Latin America to join our fully remote team. This role goes beyond managing inbound applicants—you will proactively source and engage top-tier talent who not only fit but elevate our team. You will recruit for roles including media buyers, creatives, account managers, and sales leads , using personalized outreach to attract the best candidates to Matchnode. We encourage leveraging modern recruiting tools such as AI-driven sourcing and screening and video platforms like CAZVID to streamline candidate evaluation and enhance communication. ✅ Responsibilities: Proactively source exceptional candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks, outbound messaging, and AI tools. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for media, creative, technical, and go-to-market positions. Create and post compelling job descriptions to attract high-quality, aligned applicants. Utilize AI and video tools (e.g., CAZVID) to gather candidate introductions and conduct first-round interviews. Conduct efficient screenings and interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaborate closely with the co-founder and functional teams to align hiring strategies.
