Key Responsibilities Perform ignition and residential locksmith services including lock installations, replacements, and repairs. Respond promptly to emergency lockout calls and security-related issues. Consult with clients to recommend customized security solutions and locksmith services. Install and maintain various locking mechanisms, including electronic and smart locks. Maintain and organize locksmith tools and equipment for efficient daily operations. Document service calls accurately and manage locksmith supply inventory. Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. As part of our team, you will engage in projects aimed at improving our locksmith services while working closely with fellow professionals and customer service staff. Success is measured by customer feedback, response times, and quality of service delivery. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in residential locksmithing and ignition system services. Locksmith certifications preferred. Proficient with locksmith tools including key cutting machines and lockout tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
