Key Responsibilities Conduct biometric screenings including manual blood pressure, finger stick glucose testing, height/weight measurements, and BMI calculations with accuracy and professionalism. Administer vaccinations safely and in compliance with state regulations (nurses only). Manage patient data entry efficiently using iPads and computer systems to ensure accurate record keeping. Engage with employees at wellness events to promote positive health behaviors and answer basic health-related questions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of screening stations to meet health and safety standards. Assist with setup and breakdown of event materials, including lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods. Collaborate with TotalWellness team members and client employers to deliver seamless event experiences. Demonstrate professionalism and empathy to foster a welcoming environment that encourages employee participation. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 1 year of clinical or medical experience in a healthcare setting. Active and valid professional license or certification (RN, LPN, EMT, phlebotomy, medical assistant credentials). Proficiency in biometric screening techniques including manual blood pressure, finger stick, height/weight, and BMI measurement. Comfortable using technology such as iPads and computers for data entry. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods during events. Preferred: Venipuncture skills are a strong plus and will enhance your opportunities. Experience administering vaccinations (for nurses).
