Build and maintain relationships with followers, clients, and other influencers to foster community. Create and edit multimedia content, including videos and images, to support promotional campaigns. Analyze performance metrics to gauge the success of content and adjust strategies accordingly. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for new campaigns. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications. Proven experience in content creation and social media management. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences. Skilled in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
