Inside Sales and Warehouse Specialist - HVAC | Boston, MA

Position Overview
A-Power, Inc. is rapidly expanding and seeking motivated Inside Sales and Warehouse Specialists to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts, and other U.S. regions including Upstate New York. Represent one of the fastest-growing HVAC equipment brands while delivering exceptional customer service and managing warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service

• Respond promptly to incoming calls, quotation requests, and product inquiries from contractors, dealers, and service companies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate product, pricing, and availability information.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives to support territory growth and ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Follow up on leads, open quotations, and inactive accounts to generate new business and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Maintain detailed, organized records in the customer relationship management system, preferably Zoho CRM.
• Stay knowledgeable about A-Power’s full HVAC product range, accessories, and promotions to offer informed recommendations.

Warehouse and Logistics

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and stock inventory in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
• Prepare and fulfill customer orders accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with warehouse operations to maintain efficiency and safety standards.
