Job description

A-Power, Inc. is rapidly expanding and seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to drive growth throughout Massachusetts and the Greater Boston Area. Join one of the fastest-growing HVAC equipment brands and leverage our extensive product lines and tools to achieve outstanding sales results. This is an active inside sales role—not just order-taking. Your expertise in HVAC products, strong communication skills, and proactive approach will be key to helping customers, solving challenges, and fueling our sales momentum. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound calls, quotes, and orders from contractors, dealers, and service companies. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate product information, pricing, and availability. Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives to support territory growth and ensure seamless customer experiences. Follow up on leads, open quotes, and inactive accounts to generate new and repeat business. Maintain detailed, organized records within the CRM system (Zoho CRM preferred). Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to guarantee accurate and timely order fulfillment. Stay updated on A-Power’s full HVAC product lineup and promotions to confidently recommend the best solutions. Required and Preferred Qualifications 2 to 5 years of inside sales or counter sales experience in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical fields. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and accessories. Excellent communication skills—quick and clear on the phone, professional in email, and diligent with follow-ups. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM software (Zoho CRM is a plus) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
