Olatokunbo Demola Salami is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales / Sales Support Specialist to join our sales team in the Federal Republic of Germany. This full-time role is essential in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer support throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries about products and services. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups efficiently. Assist in preparing compelling sales proposals and presentations for potential clients. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities. Stay informed on current product offerings and market trends to support sales strategies. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction. Monitor sales performance metrics and report progress toward achieving sales targets. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interaction. Proficiency in CRM software to manage sales processes effectively. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Previous experience in sales support or inside sales is preferred. This role operates within a collaborative environment emphasizing CRM tools to enhance client relationship management. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will work cross-functionally with marketing and customer service teams to align sales efforts and maximize customer satisfaction.
