Company name: Shah Kapadia and Associates Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and conducting internal audits across various departments Review financial records, transactions, and accounting entries for accuracy and compliance Evaluate internal controls and identify gaps or weaknesses in processes Prepare audit working papers, reports, and recommendations Verify compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and SOPs Conduct stock audits, cash audits, and operational audits as required Assist in identifying risks and suggesting corrective actions Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations Coordinate with different departments for data collection and clarification Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance 2–3 years of experience in internal audit, accounts, or finance Freshers with strong academic knowledge are encouraged to apply Required Skills Clear understanding of auditing concepts Domain knowledge of key business processes such as O2C, P2P, R2R, HR/Payroll Understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and statutory compliance Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Familiarity with ERP software like SAP ERP, Oracle NetSuite, or Tally is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and report-writing abilities Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹360,000 per year
