ECPL is hiring an enthusiastic International Chat Support Executive in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Join our customer service team to provide outstanding online chat support to clients worldwide. Key Responsibilities Engage customers via chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and share product details. Guide customers through our services to improve their experience. Meet performance targets while delivering high-quality service. Document interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with the team to identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to handle diverse queries. Participate in training and team meetings to boost individual and team performance. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Experience in customer service, preferably chat support. Familiarity with CRM software and chat tools. Ability to multitask while focusing on customer satisfaction. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
