Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of non-voice inquiries related to UK-based processes, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Conduct and manage detailed surveys using strong survey skills to gather valuable insights. Maintain thorough documentation of communications and processes to ensure compliance with company standards. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to provide feedback and identify growth opportunities. Train and mentor new team members on protocols and best practices. Monitor and report key performance metrics including response times and customer satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience in survey management or similar roles is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
