Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently via phone. Apply active listening to accurately understand customer concerns and provide real-time, effective solutions. Manage a high volume of calls daily while prioritizing tasks to meet service level agreements and departmental goals. Demonstrate empathy and patience to ensure positive customer experiences and foster long-term loyalty. Identify complex issues and escalate them promptly to management or specialized departments for resolution. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional units to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Monitor customer interactions and follow up to guarantee timely problem resolution and feedback collection. Participate in continuous improvement projects and team meetings focused on performance metrics and service quality enhancement. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational background. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an international voice process or call center environment. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English. Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced workload. Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer needs. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred: Experience with CRM software and call center technologies. Additional language skills beyond English.
