As an All IT Professional at our medium-sized tech company, you will play a key role in enhancing our IT infrastructure and supporting our mission. Key Responsibilities Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations across departments. Assist with implementation of new software and hardware systems, providing training and support to end-users. Develop and update IT policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards. Monitor network security and implement protections to safeguard company data. Collaborate with teams to identify technology needs and propose innovative IT solutions. Participate in project planning and execution, contributing technical expertise for successful outcomes. Track and report IT performance metrics to evaluate system effectiveness. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field. 2-4 years of experience in IT support or similar roles. Proficiency with Windows Server, networking systems, and cloud technologies. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional preferred.
