Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing detailed architectural designs and plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit, ensuring accuracy and creativity. Support project managers throughout all phases, from initial concept development to project execution, maintaining timelines and quality standards. Create compelling 3D models and visualizations with Lumion to enhance client presentations and secure project approvals. Collaborate closely with senior architects and engineering teams to uphold design integrity and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Conduct site visits and assessments to collect essential data that informs design decisions and project adjustments. Participate actively in team meetings to discuss project progress, address design challenges, and contribute innovative ideas for future directions. Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive project documentation, including specifications and reports, supporting smooth project delivery. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited institution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion software. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, sustainability practices, and construction processes. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Preferred: 1-2 years of relevant internship or professional experience in an architectural firm. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passion for sustainable design and innovation in architecture.
