Mana Cons is looking for a passionate Junior Architect to join our innovative and sustainability-focused team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to diverse architectural projects, including residential and commercial spaces, within a collaborative and mentorship-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing architectural designs and detailed plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit software. Support project managers throughout all phases of architectural projects from concept development to execution. Create 3D models and visualizations with Lumion for client presentations and project proposals. Collaborate closely with senior architects and engineers to maintain design integrity and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Conduct site visits and assessments to collect data critical for informed design decisions. Participate actively in team meetings to discuss project progress, design challenges, and future strategies. Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive project documentation and technical specifications. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited institution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion is essential. Strong understanding of architectural design principles and industry best practices. Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Preferred: 1-2 years of relevant internship or professional experience in an architectural firm.
