Key Responsibilities Assist in developing innovative architectural designs that meet client needs and enhance community spaces. Create detailed 3D models and renderings using AutoCAD and other architectural software to visualize project concepts effectively. Participate actively in project meetings, collaborating with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams to refine design solutions. Prepare compelling presentation materials for client reviews, clearly communicating design intent and progress. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards to promote safe and eco-friendly construction. Support project management by tracking timelines, deliverables, and coordinating with contractors and consultants. Contribute to team communication by sharing insights and ideas during briefing sessions to improve design quality and workflow. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software essential for design development. Strong problem-solving skills with critical thinking applied to architectural challenges. Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainable design practices relevant to Tamil Nadu. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues. Preferred: Internship or practical experience in architectural design projects. Familiarity with additional design tools such as Revit or SketchUp is a plus. Demonstrated passion for sustainable architecture and community-focused projects.
