Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough candidate searches using diverse sourcing methods to identify qualified talent. Screen resumes and perform initial candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for open roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers for a smooth recruitment process. Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance candidate experience. Assist in crafting job descriptions and recruitment marketing strategies to attract a diverse applicant pool. Update and manage applicant tracking systems to provide accurate recruitment metrics and reporting. Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to refine selection criteria and improve hiring outcomes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate recruitment challenges effectively. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools. 1-3 years of recruitment or human resources experience preferred. As part of our collaborative team, you will report directly to the Recruitment Manager and work closely with hiring managers across departments. This role is based in Melbourne, Florida and is not eligible for remote work. Pay Rate: $14 per hour
