Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain Kinaxis RapidResponse applications tailored to project needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications. Integrate Kinaxis solutions seamlessly with existing business systems and workflows. Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and debug to ensure optimal application performance. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving inquiries and problems efficiently. Document development processes, technical specs, and user manuals for ongoing reference. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Proven experience developing applications using Kinaxis RapidResponse. Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and processes. Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges. Experience with SQL and familiarity with JavaScript or similar programming languages is a plus. Industry certifications in Kinaxis or related supply chain tools are preferred.
