Join our team as a Lab Support Consultant in Philadelphia, PA! This contract role offers a unique opportunity to support laboratory operations in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. You will ensure adherence to GMP and GXP standards, contribute to operational excellence, and help maintain high-quality laboratory processes. Key Responsibilities Provide expert technical support and guidance for laboratory operations to ensure compliance with GMP and GXP regulations. Draft, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation. Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and systems to reduce downtime and improve efficiency. Conduct training sessions for laboratory staff on compliance protocols and laboratory tools usage. Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory teams to uphold industry standards. Monitor laboratory workflows and recommend process improvements for enhanced compliance and productivity. Compile, analyze, and report laboratory performance metrics to stakeholders. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Proven experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GXP). Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and related software tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a laboratory or clinical setting preferred. Industry certifications in laboratory quality assurance are a plus. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support compliance and operational goals within a scientific and technology-driven laboratory environment.
