Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in childcare. Required and Preferred Qualifications Must have a Level 3 Childcare Qualification . Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. 1-2 years experience in a nursery or similar childcare setting preferred. Knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development principles. Strong communication skills and a friendly, nurturing demeanor.
