Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and education to children, fostering their personal, social, and emotional development. Plan and implement creative and engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and caregivers, ensuring effective communication and support. Monitor and assess children’s progress and prepare reports for parents and management. Collaborate with fellow practitioners to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children. Maintain a clean and organized nursery space , ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in childcare. Required and Preferred Qualifications Must have a Level 3 Childcare Qualification . Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. 1-2 years experience in a nursery or similar childcare setting preferred. Knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development principles. Strong communication skills and a friendly, nurturing demeanor.
