Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians with accuracy and care. Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to patient needs. Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, and hygiene assistance to patients. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and care plans to promote understanding and compliance. Document patient care meticulously while maintaining confidentiality of health records. Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Required and Preferred Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, ideally in a similar nursing role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and team members. Proficiency in basic nursing procedures and patient care techniques. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous. Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
