Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Administer medications and monitor vital signs to ensure patient health and comfort. Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to implement personalized care plans. Document patient care activities accurately and report any changes in patient condition to registered nurses. Perform clinical tasks including wound care, catheter insertion, and basic diagnostic tests. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico. Strong clinical skills with the ability to deliver effective nursing care. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient safety protocols, and compliance standards. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred. 1-3 years of clinical experience as an LPN/LVN in a healthcare setting.
