This position offers a competitive salary starting at $80,000 per year . Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys in trial, hearing, and deposition preparation by organizing case files and evidence. Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law and statutes to support ongoing litigation. Manage and maintain document management systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records. Draft and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials. Coordinate case-related matters by liaising with clients, witnesses, and court personnel. Identify and summarize relevant documents during the discovery process. Track deadlines and manage case calendars to ensure timely filings and responses. In this role, you will contribute to projects that enhance case outcomes and streamline firm operations while working closely with attorneys and support staff. Required and Preferred Qualifications College degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program. Strong document management skills with experience handling high volumes of legal documents. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail. 3+ years of litigation support experience preferred but not mandatory.
