Represent clients confidently in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Contribute to firm knowledge sharing and participate in professional development initiatives. What We're Looking For Required: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active California State Bar license to practice law. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in civil or commercial litigation; 4+ years preferred for senior roles. Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with legal research databases and litigation management software. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Preferred: Membership in professional legal organizations such as the California Bar Association.
