We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Customer Service Specialist to join our Medellín, Colombia team. This full-time hybrid position offers a balanced work schedule with three days remote and two days onsite, providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless post-sales logistics operations, supporting our customers with timely and accurate shipment information. Required qualifications include 1-3 years experience in logistics or related customer service, proficiency with relevant systems, B2+ English, multitasking skills, and a proactive attitude. Preferred qualifications include international logistics experience and familiarity with hybrid work.
