Position: Full-time Logistics Customer Service Specialist Location: Hybrid (Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia) – 3 days Work From Home Salary: $800 - $1000 USD per month About Nassau National Cable Nassau National Cable is a rapidly expanding e-commerce company in the industrial sector, growing 500% in the last two years and operating across six countries worldwide. We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Customer Service Specialist to join our team and support post-sales logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide clients with accurate shipment tracking updates Follow up with carriers and clients regarding shipment location and status Assist with shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL) and other required forms Communicate clearly and promptly with clients about delivery statuses and potential delays Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve shipping or delivery issues Suggest improvements to shipping processes and enhance the customer experience Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, or customer service related to shipping (experience is a plus, not mandatory) Knowledge of track & trace systems, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and BOL/document generation Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher, both written and verbal) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment English resume submission is mandatory Additional Benefits US holidays off Long-term service projection If you are passionate about customer service and logistics, and want to grow with a dynamic company, apply now to join Nassau National Cable’s team in Medellín!
