Key Responsibilities Manage database entries ensuring accurate order processing and shipment tracking. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to schedule shipments and maintain optimal inventory levels. Handle customer inquiries with exceptional service throughout the order lifecycle. Perform stock reconciliation and resolve discrepancies promptly. Generate and analyze sales reports to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline logistics processes and improve operational efficiency. Proactively solve logistics and supply chain challenges. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or related field. Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related areas. Familiarity with database management and logistics software/tools. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Effective coordination skills with vendors and internal teams.
