Key Responsibilities Sort and organize mail and packages for distribution to appropriate destinations. Prepare outgoing packages by labeling, weighing, and applying necessary postage. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments for tracking purposes. Keep the workspace organized and safe, following all safety protocols. Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage inventory of shipping supplies. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries about mail and package deliveries. Assist in training new staff on mail/package handling procedures. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Effective time management and ability to work independently. Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required. Familiarity with shipping and receiving software is a plus.
