Analyze existing mainframe systems to identify and implement improvements. Manage DB2 databases for effective data storage and retrieval. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver aligned solutions. Provide technical expertise during project planning and execution phases. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure quality and reliability. Prepare detailed documentation and offer technical support to stakeholders. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proficiency in COBOL and DB2 database management. Experience in mainframe development and systems analysis. Industry certifications in mainframe technologies are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction. Minimum of 3 years relevant mainframe development experience.
